People get ready There's a train a-coming You don't need no baggage You just get on board All you need is faith To hear the diesels humming Don't need no ticket You just thank the Lord People get ready For the train to Jordan Picking up passengers From coast to coast Faith is the key Open the doors and board them There's room for all among the loved the most There ain't no room for the hopeless sinner Who would hurt all mankind just To save his own Have pity on those whose chances are thinner Cause there's no hiding place From the Kingdom's Throne So people get ready for the train a-comin' You don't need no baggage you just get on board! All you need is faith to hear the diesels humming Don't need no ticket you just thank, you just thank the Lord I'm getting ready I'm getting ready this time I'm ready this time I'm ready for you, my cousin Keith, friend and fellow train collector, devoted husband, loving father of two, battler of cancer, nicest guy you would ever wanna meet. the world will not be the same without you. arrived in this world on january 5, 1956 departed this world on april 22, 2005

Dark as roses, fine as sand Feel your healing and your sting again I hear you laughing and my soul is saved On forgotten graves you cry Crawl like ivy up my spine Through my nerves and into my eyes Cuts like anguish Or recollections of better days gone by But it's alright When you're caught in pain And you feel the rain come down It's alright When you find your way Then you see it disappear It's alright Though your garden's grey I know all your graces Someday will flower In the sweet sunshower Eyes like oceans so far away A feather trail to a better way Worried mornings turn into days Then into worried nights But it's alright When you're all in pain And you feel the rain come down Oh it's alright When you find your way Then you see it disappear Oh it's alright Though your garden's grey I know all your graces Someday will flower Oh in the sweet sunshower In the sweet sunshower I know all your graces Someday will flower In the sweet sunshower And it's alright All you'll be you are today Are today It's alright All you'll be you are today Are today...

SEVEN SPANISH ANGELS He looked down into her brown eyes, And said: "Say a prayer for me." She threw her arms around him, Whispered: "God will keep us free." They could hear the riders coming, He said: "This is my last fight. "If they take me back to Texas, "They won't take me back alive." There were seven Spanish angels, At the altar of the Sun. They were praying for the lovers, In the Valley of the Gun. When the battle stopped and the smoke cleared, There was thunder from the throne. And seven Spanish angels, Took another angel home. She reached down and picked the gun up, That lay smoking in his hand. She said: "Father, please forgive me, "I can't make it without my man." And she knew the gun was empty, And she knew she couldn't win. But her final prayer was answered, When the rifles fired again. There were seven Spanish angels, At the altar of the Sun. They were praying for the lovers, In the Valley of the Gun. When the battle stopped and the smoke cleared, There was thunder from the throne. And seven Spanish angels, Took another angel home. There were seven Spanish angels, At the altar of the Sun. They were praying for the lovers, In the Valley of the Gun. When the battle stopped and the smoke cleared, There was thunder from the throne. And seven Spanish angels, Took another angel home. There were seven Spanish angels, (at the altar), At the altar of the Sun, (oh I believe), They were praying for the lovers (yeah they was), In the Valley of the Gun. (Well, well, well), When the battle stopped and the smoke cleared (there was thunder), There was thunder from the throne, (oh yeah), And seven Spanish angels, Took another angel home.

If you didn't care what happened to me And I didn't care for you We would zig-zag our way through the boredom and pain Occasionally glancing up through the rain Wondering which of the buggers to blame And watching for pigs on the wing. The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want He makes me down to lie Through pastures green he leadeth me the silent waters by With bright knives he releaseth my soul He maketh me to hang on hooks in high places He converteth me to lamb cutlets For lo, he hath great power and great hunger When cometh the day we lowly ones Through quiet reflection and great dedication Master the art of karate Lo, we shall rise up And then we'll make the bugger's eyes water. You know that I care what happens to you And I know that you care for me too So I don't feel alone Of the weight of the stone Now that I've found somewhere safe To bury my bone And any fool knows a dog needs a home And shelter from pigs on the wing.

Train of Life Some folks ride the train of life Looking out the rear, Watching miles of life roll by, And marking every year. They sit in sad remembrance, Of wasted days gone by, And curse their life for what it was, And hang their head and cry. But I don't concern myself with that, I took a different vent, I look forward to what life holds, And not what has been spent. So strap me to the engine, As securely as I can be, I want to be out on the front, To see what I can see. I want to feel the winds of change, Blowing in my face, I want to see what life unfolds, As I move from place to place. I want to see what's coming up, Not looking at the past, Life's too short for yesterdays, It moves along too fast. So if the ride gets bumpy, While you are looking back, Go up front, and you may find, Your life has jumped the track. It's all right to remember, That's part of history, But up front's where it's happening, There's so much mystery. The enjoyment of living, Is not where we have been, It's looking ever forward, To another year and ten. It's searching all the byways, Never should you refrain, For if you want to live your life, You gotta drive the train!
