I didnt get any closer...you may be right about the med supply cart...and I guess I could be wrong about it being from the hospital, but I really get the sense that it is...like this chair, too...

Yeah, thats what I thought about the items...I never went over by where they had the Rehab Buildings, so its quite possible that there are some artifacts, but I really dont know...Say, did you hear about this...?
Authorities are still investigating Cedar Grove fire

While the flames were extinguished within a matter of moments, the cause of Wednesday's fire at the old Essex County Hospital is still under investigation, according to Cedar Grove Fire Department Deputy Chief John Bannon.
Crews from both Cedar Grove and Verona responded to smoke emanating from a vacant building on the premises shortly before 5 p.m. Wednesday, April 11, according to a BNN alert. Within 20 minutes, according to Bannon, the flames were knocked down.
A cause has yet to be determined and foul play has not been ruled out. When asked for potential causes, Bannon declined to speculate but called the nature of the fire "suspicious." The incident is now being investigated by the Essex County Prosecutor's Office.
Bannon categorized the blaze as a "debris fire" where contents in a corner of the building's gymnasium were aflame. Structural damage was limited to cushions along the wall and portions of the gymnasium's hardwood floor. There were no injuries as a result of the fire.
While Cedar Grove crews were at the scene, engines from Montclair, North Caldwell and Fairfield covered the town.
I posted some pics about a month ago, and it looked like building 12 and the gazebo was being vandalized, I'll bet it was the same idiots! Man, that makes me mad!

It had to be local kids. There's an old farmhouse across the street from me being readied for demo. The farmer finally died and the land was sold to a development corporation, who is tearing down the 150 year old house and three barns to construct a new McMansion neighborhood. Yesterday there were a couple of kids throwing rocks through the windows, which were so old they had ripples in them from being hand-pressed.
I would've called the police but the house won't even be there by next weekend.
Kids fucking suck.

the part that pisses me off the most is when they get caught, and hopefully they will, they will say the internet made them do it. they will claim they read something about the place and saw pictures on some site somewhere and this gave them an idea. thank you Jesus for me not having kids.

Building 12 should be made into a public rec center to give the neighborhood kids some focus and the gazebo should stand forever as a memorial in the park of what once was there.
